With most un-secured loans you can typically borrow up to £10,000 with a maximum repayment period of 10 years. With a secured loan you can borrow up to 125% of the value of your property, subject to status, over a time scale ranging from 3 to 30 years. As the lender is securing the loan against your property a secured loan often provides a cheaper longer term finance solution than an un-secured loan.

All loans are subject to status and ability to repay. Loans are secured on property and are for home owners only.
